Home Golf Simulators for Golfers 50+

For the golfer who wants to play when it is raining, dark or cold. A home simulator is two parts: a launch monitor that reads each shot, and a safe place to hit into (an enclosure or net with a mat). Prices are from maker and retailer pages checked Oct 25, 2026. We have not tested these ourselves.

Before you buy: check the space. A home setup needs room to swing freely. Measure ceiling height, room width and depth, and check each maker's minimum room size before ordering. Many garages and basements are too low for a full driver swing.
